A couple years ago I found my dad's secret stash of old camera gear. Two Canon A-1 bodies plus lenses, also there was a Nikon N-6006 AF. I love all of these cameras. Unfortunately the Nikon needs a non reusable battery to wind and meter. this battery at radioshack was $18.50. Too much for me. the simplicity in the old A-1 is a huge draw. It has a rugged full metal frame and a hand winding lever. these are some photos from the A-1
