I'll be back tomorrow afternoon from Oregon. I want to see all of you before I go off to Vermont.
Also, Libby and Cole, you owe me a cardigan.

cheers,

O r e g o n S u m m e r [ p a r t 2 ]

Second installment. I really haven't been taking that many photos. I've been busy doing the "running jumping climbing trees" thing. Here's what I have from the past few days.
Above is the daughter of Leonidus. If you know what I'm talking about, you know too much. There once was a man who knew too much. Never found out what happened to him, damn VCR broke.

O r e g o n S u m m e r [ p a r t 1 ]

Oliver and George left this morning (below). While they were here, we almost sank a boat in the ocean. We would have pictures but unfortunately our cameras were soaked in saltwater (my A-1 and Oliver's d80).

This should be the first of many posts now that I have more time. Enjoy and leave a comment.

oregon, nov 22

took some photos at the beach today and I was thinking about how hard it is for photographers to get good pictures of themselves. For various reasons that I don't feel like explaining in great detail, It's difficult. Another thing, if thats not enough to think about, what about this: did you ever think about the person taking the photo? Where he or she was? What was happening? What was the purpose? Next time you go on Facebook and flip through albums, consider these few questions. I get so much joy from this activity.
