I never use iso 12800. in color, it's rather disgusting. In black and white you can get away with calling it artsy. I use iphoto for most editing. Now I have aperture 2 which is amazing, but i don't usually spend much time messing around with the monochrome mixers.
Golly gee again! 12800 <-- that is INSANE!! These are actually not that noisy for 12800, however. But is ISO 12800 ever useful?
